You will need to be able to deal with shelf stocking, processing deliveries, organizing new displays, and a basic customer service level. As you progress through the company, working in this role will open up new opportunities.
Management- there are both assistant and store managers within Family Dollar, and you will be placed where your experience is more relevant.
